Benchmark Litigation’s 2018 “40 & Under Hot List” recognizes the most notable up-and-coming litigation attorneys in the United States. To be eligible, nominees must be partners at their respective firms and no older than 40 years of age. Honorees have had a hand in some of their firms’ most noteworthy recent cases and have earned praise for the quality of their work from clients and peers.
