Takisha D. Richardson, a member of the firm’s Sexual Abuse and Sex Trafficking team, has been invited to speak on Palm Beach County Justice Association‘s (PBCJA) “Best Practices for Selecting & Handling Sexual Abuse Cases” CLE webinar hosted via Zoom on Friday, June 4, 2021 at 11 a.m.
Ms. Richardson will provide practical information on selecting and handling sexual abuse cases. She will also discuss the ethical considerations associated with handling sexual assault cases, or cases with a child victim.
The PBCJA is a countywide organization of more than 450 trial attorneys and paralegals in Palm Beach County. The organization provides resources, education, networking events and more for plaintiff trial attorneys, paralegals and their clients. Ms. Richardson serves on the Board of Directors for the PBCJA.
