complex tort litigation | Sexual Abuse & Sex Trafficking

A voice and advocate for survivors.

We are driven to secure justice for those who have been victimized by others, and to give voice to those who often suffer in silence.

Overview

Our Sexual Abuse & Sex Trafficking team is led by Takisha D. Richardson, an experienced trial attorney and former Assistant State Attorney and Chief of the Special Victims Unit of the State Attorney’s office for Palm Beach County, Florida responsible for the prosecution of crimes against children and the elderly, and sexually motivated offenses.

Sadly, abuse and exploitation are more common than we would like to believe. When survivors come forward, we know they can be fragile and reluctant to re-live the details of their experiences. We take a trauma-informed approach — our goal is first and foremost to help our clients have a voice, feel heard, and be a present force. Ultimately, through the legal system, we strive for closure for our clients.

We remain personally invested in our client’s interests throughout the litigation process, including participating in criminal investigations, personally filing notices of appearance, preparing witnesses for criminal trials, and attending victim impact hearings.

Our experience includes litigation involving organizational negligence that resulted in some form of abuse and individuals who breached their position of trust to victimize others.

If you or a loved one has been a victim and you believe you may have a legal claim, please contact us at (877) 515-7955 or use the CONTACT US BOX BELOW.
