Molly Bowen, a partner in our Securities Litigation & Investor Rights practice, will be a panelist at the ABA International Law Section 2024 Annual Conference, May 7 – 10, 2024, at the Grand Hyatt Washington Hotel in Washington, D.C.
Molly’s panel, “Investor Rights and Shareholder Litigation Primer for U.S. Capital Markets,” is scheduled for Friday, May 10, 2024, from 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM.
The panel will discuss key cases that have impacted private securities class actions in the past few years, such as the impact of the Supreme Court and Second Circuit decisions in Arkansas Teacher Retirement System v. Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., the Supreme Court decision in Slack Technologies, LLC., et al. v. Fiyyaz Pirani and Macquarie Infrastructure Corp., et al. v. Moab Partners, L.P., et al., as well as other hot topics.
