As standards tighten for defined contribution plan fee and investment litigation, what is next on the horizon? As plans, sponsors, and fiduciaries seek to limit their liability, potential plaintiffs seek new opportunities to expose alleged overpayments from plan assets. On the heels of the Ninth Circuit decision in Bugielski v. AT&T, presenters will advise on what is expected of fee litigation claims against defined contribution plans, and the developing field of claims against health and welfare plans.
