MOVEit Data Breach Investigation

Status Investigation

Overview

Cyber attacks involving the MOVEit file transfer service have recently hit schools, hospitals, retirement plans, and other institutions across the U.S. Has your data been exposed?

Exploiting a vulnerability in Progress Software’s file-sharing application MOVEit, hackers have gained access to the personal data of large numbers of Americans. Data that may have been exposed include names, addresses, Social Security numbers, birthdates, demographic information, driver’s license numbers, and other personally identifiable and financial information.
Our law firm is investigating how and why these data breaches were allowed to occur. We believe that there may be basis for a lawsuit, potentially providing compensation to those who have been impacted by the cyber attacks.
Did you receive notice that your data or the data of someone in your household was breached in these attacks? If so, we would like to hear from you. Please complete the form below.
