Brian Corman, a partner in our Civil Rights & Employment practice, will participate as a speaker in the 2024 Consumer Rights Litigation Conference & Class Action Symposium, October 24 – 27, 2024, at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, FL.
Brian’s program, Insurance Redlining ad Other Abusive Practices, will be hosted on October at 4:00 p.m. Brian will co-present with Tara Ramchandani, Relman Colfax, PLLC.
The program will focus on consumers’ access to insurance. This includes a general discussion of the home insurance industry, including the steep increase in costs, redlining of certain communities, withdrawing from localities that suffered a disaster, and refusing to renew consumers. The discussion will also focus on how advocates can spot insurance-related issues in their clients’ cases.
