Kyle Johnson is a staff attorney in Cohen Milstein’s Antitrust practice. He assists in discovery and evidentiary-related aspects of litigation and deposition preparation.
Prior to joining Cohen Milstein, Kyle was a discovery attorney in high-profile antitrust, bankruptcy, and environmental cases. He also worked on behalf of several states litigating parties responsible for fueling the opioid epidemic through the deceptive marketing and sale of prescription opioids.
Before pursuing a career in private practice, Kyle was a legislative assistant and legal fellow working in the U.S. House of Representatives.
While in law school, Kyle served as Article Selection Editor for the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy and was a member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team.
