Skylar Ruprecht is a fellow in Cohen Milstein’s Public Client practice. In this role, he works on a variety of litigation matters.
Prior to joining Cohen Milstein, Skylar was a law clerk for the Honorable Brett H. Ludwig of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
Skylar received a B.A., summa cum laude, from The College of Wooster and a J.D. from Stanford Law School, he was a senior editor for the Stanford Journal of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties.
A published author, his short stories include “A Sellout,” The Piker Press, May 16, 2022 and “Plurality of Nothing,” CC&D Literary Magazine, Volumes 327 & 328, Nov-Dec 2022.
