Adnan Toric, an associate in Cohen Milstein’s Whistleblower practice, represents whistleblowers in qui tam actions brought under the False Claims Act against corporations that engage in fraud that causes economic harm to federal and state government programs.
Prior to joining Cohen Milstein, Adnan served as a law clerk to the Honorable David L. Bunning, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. During his clerkship, he assisted Judge Bunning with five jury trials.
During law school, Adnan served as an editor for the Berkeley Journal of International Law and the Berkeley Journal of Middle Eastern and Islamic Law. He was also chair of the Academic Empowerment Program at Berkeley Law School’s Coalition for Diversity, where he organized a networking and academic success enrichment program for approximately 60 first-year law students from diverse backgrounds.
