For the third year in a row, Chambers USA has recognized Sharon K. Robertson, a partner in Cohen Milstein’s Antitrust practice as a “Top Ranked” individual attorney in the area of Antitrust: Plaintiff (2020 – 2022).
Ms. Robertson leads Cohen Milstein’s efforts in “pay-for-delay” pharmaceutical antitrust multidistrict litigation and has been repeatedly recognized for her success in this unique area of law. Since 2020, Chambers has ranked Ms. Robertson “Band 1 in Antitrust: Plaintiff – New York” and Band 2 in Antitrust: Plaintiff – Nationwide. Since 2019, Lawdragon has included Ms. Robertson in its “500 Leading Lawyers in America” list. Also, the same year, Law360 named Ms. Robertson a “Life Sciences-MVP” for her “hard-earned successes” and “record-breaking deals” and The National Law Journal named her one of nine “Elite Women of the Plaintiffs Bar,” an award that recognizes female lawyers who “have consistently excelled in high-stakes matters on behalf of plaintiffs over the course of their careers.” In 2018, the American Antitrust Institute, one of the nation’s foremost think tanks on competition, honored her with its prestigious “Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement by a Young Lawyer.” award for her role in securing a $104.75 million settlement – one of the largest recoveries on record for end-payors in In re Lidoderm Antitrust Litigation (N.D. Cal.). In 2020 Ms. Robertson helped secure a $63.5 million settlement on behalf of end-payor clients in In re Loestrin 24 FE Antitrust Litigation (D.R.I.), another record-breaking end-payor settlement. In 2022, Ms. Robertson represented the Direct Purchaser Class in In re Ranbaxy Fraud Antitrust Litigation (D. Mass.), which resulted in an “eve of trial” settlement of $340 million, pending final approval, for Direct Purchasers.
