Bowen, a partner in our Securities Litigation & Investor Protection practice, is widely respected for her unflappable, clear judgment, her persuasive writing, and her ability to make clients feel comfortable with strategic decisions. Molly was on the leadership team for In re Wells Fargo & Company Securities Litigation (S.D.N.Y.), which resulted in a landmark $1 billion settlement – the largest securities class action settlement of 2023 and the largest ever that did not involve a restatement or parallel enforcement action by the SEC or DOJ.
