Law360 Pulse’s 2024 Women in Law Report ranked Cohen Milstein No. 3 of firms with 101-250 lawyers with the highest representation of women in equity partnership.
Law360 Pulse’s 2024 Women in Law Report found that although women make up around 41% of all lawyers, they hold just over a quarter of equity partner positions across the industry. The report also found that 46.7% of Cohen Milstein’s equity partnership positions are held by women – well above the industry average.
Annually, Law360 conducts a headcount and diversity survey across the U.S. legal industry. Data is then analyzed by size of firm.
