On July 11, 2024, at the Elite Trial Lawyer of the Year Awards, the National Law Journal named Cohen Milstein Practice of the Year in the areas of:
- Securities Litigation – Winner – Practice of the Year
- Mass Torts – Winner – Practice of the Year
Cohen Milstein had an exceptional year in both practice areas, headlined by the $1 billion settlement in In re Wells Fargo Securities Litigation for our Investor Protection & Securities Litigation practice and the confidential, eve-of-trial settlement in Doe v. Exxon Mobil, a human rights mass action that was litigated for more than 22 years.
